Carême will be hosting a series of demonstration classes at popular food store Imma & Mario's Mercato, discover recipes and tips that will wow guests at your next dinner party. See why Stephanie Alexander said Carême all butter puff pastry is so good that she’ll never bother making her own again. Learn simple methods and tips to ensure you produce the perfect pastry dish every time. In addition Christian Canala from Imma & Mario's La Cantina will hand select wines to accompany each dish.
More dates have been added due to popular demand. This is a unique opportunity for home chefs to meet William, the man behind Carême and find out more about how to best use his unique range of products, which have revolutionised cooking with pastry in Australia. Bookings are essential.

If travelling to the Barossa to attend a Carême cooking class why not make the most of it, start with a visit to the Barossa Farmers Market on Saturday morning, meet our regional producers and select from a wonderful array of local produce. Pay a visit to the Barossa Valley Cheese Company located in Angaston, followed by lunch at Maggie Beer’s Pheasant Farm. Or choose to visit one of the Barossa’s many boutique wineries. If it’s a weekend away that you feel like, indulge in a stay at The Louise followed by dinner at their highly acclaimed restaurant 'Appellation'.
