Butter (Cream (Milk)),Sugar, Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, Eggs, Brown Rice Flour, Chick Pea Flour, Teff Flour, Millet Flour, Salt, Vanilla Bean Paste (0.5%) [Alcohol, Vanilla Bean Extractives & Seed].
Contains Egg, Milk.

A packet will make 2 medium tarts or 8 single serve tarts

A delicious ‘gluten free’ sweet shortcrust pastry enhanced with Heilala Vanilla and whole egg for a short buttery pastry, ideal for sweet dishes such as tarts and biscuits.

Uses for pastry

Depending on the recipe tarts often require blind baking prior to adding filling.
